Doorscript

These door scripts measure approximately 10” to 12” in width, and the height varies based on the number of letters in the name. Names with less letters will result in scripts taller in height compared to names with more letters. Scripts are 1/4 inch thick (6mm). Measurements for the sample scripts shown above are as follows:

Clara - 11”W x 4.75”H, leah - 10.5”W x 6”H, jack - 9.5”W x 9”H

There are two style options: 1) all lowercase letters or 2) a capital first letter. Some capital letters are detached. For fonts with the capital letter detached, the script will be made in two pieces, exactly as it appears in the font preview. For example, see the “Annabelle” script pictured above.

These scripts are made from 6mm acrylic. As acrylic is a delicate material that can break if dropped, please handle with care and ensure they are securely mounted. Love Leighton is not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or installation.

These door scripts are very lightweight and easy to mount. We recommend using double-sided gorilla mounting tape, cut to shape and hide behind the letters. Other options are 3M command strips, 3M velcro command strips, or permanent glue dots.

Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for using their products. Love Leighton Designs is not responsible for the handling or application of these items.

Scripts containing the letters ‘i’ or ‘j’ will have the dots connected to the main letter to avoid small, loose pieces that could pose a choking hazard. Please ensure all elements are securely adhered during installation.

Mounting hardware is not included.

When purchasing 2 or more scripts for the same door, such as for first and middle names, or shared bedrooms, it may be preferred to have the scripts made consistent in height. If you wish to have multiple scripts matching in height please email us at hello@loveleightondesigns.ca for a custom quote.
