Shipping Policy

Local Pickup

We offer free local pick up in St. John’s, Newfoundland available on all products. At the check out page you will be given the option to select shipping or local pick up. For local pick up you will be notified of the exact address for pick up by email when your order is ready.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

All orders are mailed from St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delayed parcels. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@loveleightondesigns.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to Love Leighton Designs due to an incomplete shipping address provided at the time of order, all associated costs to return package and re-ship the item will be paid by the customer.

Damages

Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon its arrival. If there are any issues with your order or if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. You must provide photos of the packaging material, the damaged box and broken goods in order to receive a new product. You must contact us within 4 days from the date of delivery. If 4 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we are unable to assist further.

Shipping to Canada

• All items are shipped with Canada Post.

• Smaller items with shipping cost less than $20, such as scripts, signs, phrases, and keepsakes, are shipped without tracking. If you require tracking, please email us at hello@loveleightondesigns.ca

• Larger items with shipping over $20, such as ‘Look what we made’ signs, are shipped with tracking.

Shipping to the United States

• Sorry, we currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
