Christmas production availability is limited! Ordering early secures your place in our production schedule before we reach capacity. Once we're fully booked, ordering will close for the season.

📅 Christmas Processing & Pickup Dates

Ornaments, Stocking Tags & Small Christmas Keepsakes: Approximately 4–6 weeks, with orders being completed throughout November and early December.
Christmas Eve Boxes & Santa Trays: Local pickups will take place December 10–20th. Some orders may be ready earlier, and you'll receive an email as soon as yours is ready!
Shipping Orders: Scheduled for earlier completion to allow additional delivery time before Christmas. Please order before our advertised shipping cutoff.

📦 Ordering Multiple Items?

Some items may be ready before others, you’ll be notified once items in your order are ready! You're welcome to arrange separate pickups or wait until your entire order is complete.

Please reach out before ordering! I'll always do my best to accommodate earlier pickup requests where possible, but specific dates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

📦 A Quick Note About Local Pickup

We're making a small change to our pickup process this Christmas to keep orders protected from the weather and make pickups quicker and easier, with fewer orders to sort through! Local pickups now require a scheduled pickup day (not a specific time) with at least 24 hours notice. Once your order is ready, simply reply to your notification email with your preferred pick up date! We kindly ask that orders be collected within 7 days of being ready, whenever possible. If you need a later date, just let us know and we'll happily accommodate.
